Carlos Marban, Vice President of IT Infrastructure and Security, is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of healthcare information technology experience who delivers on enterprise IT needs from network and infrastructure management to software requirements gathering, design, implementation, and development. 

Carlos served in a similar capacity for the largest neonatology network in Florida, where he interacted with 250 providers and over 30 practice locations spanning the State of Florida, guiding the implementation of practice management software, hardware, network architecture, and overall service desk operations.

His versatility in understanding the dynamics of practice and hospital-based management, clinical programs, and networks solidify the technology backbone behind all PNS services.
