Jennifer H. Dominguez, Esq., General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources of PNS, is a licensed attorney with over a decade of experience in complex commercial, healthcare, and labor and employment matters.

Jennifer’s various roles at PNS engage her with senior stakeholders in all legal and regulatory matters while also overseeing the company’s HR functions and ancillary compliance affairs. Her prior experience representing clients in federal, state, and appellate courts paved the way for her diverse roles at PNS.

Jennifer received her Law Degree from St. Thomas School of Law, where she was the Notes and Comments Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami, where she graduated cum laude. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Miami Dade County Bar Association, and the Cuban American Bar Association.
